In order to protect you of plants that could remain in the warehouses of our partners, the shipments are only made from Monday to Wednesday 11H for the carrier GLS/DPD and ONLY on Monday for the POST and according to the conditions belowbelow, any order placed after this time is shipped on the following Monday.
Packages are usually shipped in 24-48H after receipt of your payment, unless you need to dry your plants longer, any order placed after 11H30 is recorded the next day, an estimate of the delivery date is given to you during the order process. The recommended method of shipping is "DPD" point delivery, our partnership with this service provider, its fast delivery times throughout Europe allow us to assure you a delivery of plants in good condition in all seasons.
For those who do not wish or do not have the possibility to travel by relay point or customers outside the European Union, the various services "Colissimo" and/or GLS are also available.
For very small objects, a follow-up mail service is also offered however we draw your attention to the fact that this follow-up, unlike the other postal services, in no case constitutes a proof of delivery or non-delivery in case of dispute.
For shipments requiring airfare, you may be charged a DIM Surcharge prior to shipment.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link upon shipping, which will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online as long as the service offers it. If the weather conditions are extreme, the chosen carrier incompatible with them or simply that the condition of the plants requires a wait, you will be immediately notified by email.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight or volume of your order. We advise you to group all your purchases into one order in order to limit these costs, in case of omission, contact us to modify your order. The shipping costs contain a basic insurance, you can choose if you want an optional insurance, in any case, all our packages are prepared with great care, they are oversized to withstand shocks and temperature variations.
All our packaging is made from recycled materials in order to minimize their impact on the environment, all contracts with our transport providers are based on so-called shipments "0 impact carbon".
We offer you free delivery for any order over 100€ in France and 150€ for the bordering countries, and this one will be taken care of by DPD in EU, for any other mode of delivery, an additional cost could be asked you.
In accordance with the Commercial Code and the "Hamon" law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of your order for any eligible product, to assert this right, a return request form is available by visiting your customer area on the details of your order.
The return can only be made on objects in a state identical to that at the reception, after agreement of Patrick POLBOS and transmission of a No. of return and the return costs will be at your expense. In the unlikely but always possible case where the return would be a consequence of an error on our part, the return costs will then be reimbursed to you.
Upon receipt of your return and after validation of the status of the returned item, it will be refunded to you, in accordance with the Hamon law, the repayment period may not exceed 14 days.
A withdrawal form is available under your customer account, you can choose the order concerned (only 14 days after delivery) and the product or products.
